FLEX-PRO ROOF CARE PLAN
Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum Term

This plan has a 12-month minimum commitment starting from the date of your first Direct Debit payment.
2. Included Services

2x gutter clearances per year
-
2x roof condition reports per year
-
20% discount on all roof repairs

Priority booking for maintenance and repairs
3. Payments

Payments are collected monthly via Direct Debit.

Payments must continue each month during the 12-month term, regardless of when services are scheduled.
4. Cancellations

Cancelling within the first 12 months will result in charges for the remaining months of the plan.

After 12 months, the plan continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
5. Service Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for gutter clearances and roof inspections.
6. Service Scheduling

Visits may be rescheduled due to weather or operational requirements. Customers will be notified in advance.
7. Scope of Work

This plan covers maintenance services only. Repairs, replacements, or additional work are quoted separately.
